Even for the ancient pilgrimage, the guests those who visit Koyasan stay in Shukubo, accommodations owned by the temples in Koyasan.
Today, in Koyasa, 52 shukubo temples welcome a large number of the guests every year. Fukuchi-in offers the only spa and the outdoor bath facilities in Koyasan for the exclusive comfort. Meanwhile, for the spiritual treatment, Fukuchi-in holds the daily morning service and recommends any guest to join and pray.
During the morning service, the monks recite the fundamental sutra, called “Rishu-kyo”, and perform the chanting of Shingon Buddhism called “Sho-myo”,
Fukuchi-in’s banquet room (160㎡) is suitable for meeting and dinning for large groups. Chairs can be also available.
In the main lobby of Fukuchi-in, the guests would enjoy its 800 year-old historic collection.
The guests would enjoy coffee and tea with a stunning garden view of “Tosen-tei.
Fukuchi-in has 3 types of conference room ( 160/100/50㎡). Those rooms can be used in two ways for western and Japanese style of table and chair arrangement.
